SOLAR ECLIPSE INFUSED SALT PICKLE EXCHANGE!!

Let's eat the eclipse all year long! If you have had our pickles, you know they are made with Salt and Sun, this traditional method (also called Lacto fermenting) assures the vitamins and minerals are retained. We imagine the pickles will be super infused with with the spirit of the sun and its shadow if we pickle them during the solar eclipse, Don't you want some!

If you have excess garden vegetables, bring us a bunch - enough for us and you, and we will set them to pickle during the eclipse then spice them with our spices, you can pick them up in a couple weeks. The Exchange: Depending on how much you bring, you will get an 8 - 16oz jar and we will get the rest of the vegetables to make more! If you have Glass bottles bring them as we can always use more and it will help us make yours! We can only take vegetables that don't use pesticides / synthetic additives on your vegetables.

Vegetables we want to pickle:

  • GREEN Tomatoes!!! Cherry is the best, also big ones (must be unripened - green)
  • Peppers (Hot or not)
  • Cucumbers
  • Zucchini
  • Summer Squash
  • Green Beans
  • Small eggplants
