Dip in for Autumn Dumpling Making
Spend an afternoon making dumplings together and tasting wild foods of the Catskills with forager and chef, Renee Baumann and Lexington Klubhouse hosted by Atina Foods in our lovely outdoor kitchen. In this family-friendly hands-on demonstration, you will learn to make and wrap dumplings in two different styles, cook them over a wood-fired stove and sample our different creations.
