This is a rustic outdoor area. More than food, we will eat and come together, please be on time.
All local family style South Indian feast and our 5 years in Catskill celebration!
Last year we did five luncheons honoring five fundamental elements of the manifested world such as Earth, Water, Air, Fire and Space/ Sound.
Similar to previous years all participants will eat together as a community
This year we plan to focus on six different tastes of Ayurveda such as Sweet, Bitter, Hot, Savory, Salt and Astringent.
First will be Sweet, not like sugar sweet.

Traditional soup and starters, several main dishes, simple dessert. Cool tisanes and pickle table! Local and homegrown vegetables cooked outdoors on our handmade wood fired stove. Naturally vegan, gluten free (with possible exception of a fresh yogurt dish).
We are excited to have our friend, special guest, and divine Bansari Flautist, Eric Fraser, join us, more to be announced!
