a. SAMBAR: Yellow split peas and seasonal vegetables cooked with TURMERIC and spices; coriander, fenugreek, red dry pepper, turmeric, Asafoetida, tamarind, seasoned with curry leaves and coconut oil
II. APPETIZER – To be served with Soup.
a. PAPPADAM: Deep fried crackers made of black matpe bean
a. MUNGBEANS: Sprouted Mung beans with mixed vegetables with TURMERIC, garlic, cumin sauce
MAIN COURSE (one Veg and one Meat plus a side veg)
CHICKPEAS SQUASH : Cubes of Squash cooked in Chickpeas with coconut paste with added spices TURMERIC , cumin, mustard, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, black pepper, fennel, cardamom, and curry leaves
BUTTER CHICKEN; Chicken cooked in Butter/ Cream with TURMERIC, onion, garlic, ginger, and aromatic spices
III. SIDE VEG BAIGAN CHOKKA ( ROASTED EGG PLANT: Roasted Egg Plant skinned and mashed with fresh TURMERIC roots and herbs
PAYASAM SEMIA: Rice noodles cooked in milk, ghee, Turmeric and dry nuts and fruits with cardamom and cumin
BREAD ROTI: Traditional Indian bread made of whole wheat seasoned with Ghee, Turmeric and Fenugreek
RICE: STEAMED RICE: Basmati rice steam cooked, seasoned with Turmeric, cashew nuts and cumin.
Turmeric Plantain Chip: To be served as a snack during turmeric talk.
