So many wonderful helpers!

We are happy that our list of helpers is growing, with so many wonderful people through our out door doors and kitchen ways, we hope for the fruitfulness of this exchange, and may it grow into sustainability and food for all, as stewards of this land.

The summer and fall of 2020 was an exceptionally rich one at Atina. We have been blessed by the hands and minds of several young people. With gratitude, we thank them for all their help and energy, each has significantly touched us and our love here on our land, may the seeds grow in all of us.

You will find her healthy recipes and writings on our blog, and you can see where it all comes from on her own blog. An especially lovely interview with Suresh, called: The Fermentation King is posted on her site - Only Good Simple. Or as we like to say, it’s only good simple!
