Come cook with us at 2 PM (est) Monday! March 23!
We will be making a super healthy, traditional vegetarian Kerala TORAN (Dry Fry with coconut). Today with Cabbage, but you can use a variety of vegetables.

The video will be up after and we will post a recipe with or near it.
If you want to cooke with us, have on hand (for a couple hungry people) to eat with rice, roti, soup..
AMOUNTS are approximate.

- 1 Cabbage head – Cut into very small pieces. Alternate Veg (1 lb): String beans, Green Papaya, Carrot, Beetroot, Cauliflower. Frozen Veg (less watery ones) could work, maybe Peas, etc?
- Shredded Coconut (no sugar) ( 2 – 3 Tbsp).
- Lentils (preferably; skinned Black Beans, Yellow Split Peas, or Toor Daal (small orange ones) (2 – 3 Tbsp)
- Fresh Garlic (adjustable amounts)
- Turmeric, Fresh, if you have it! (small thumb) or powdered, (1/2 tsp)
- Cumin Seeds (Powdered will work) (1/4 tsp)
- Mustard Seeds (black or yellow) ( 1/4 tsp)
- Curry Leaf (if you have a few) OR a pinch of Alternate Dry Herbs: Rosemary, Oregano, Basil, Lime Leaf, Any medicinal herbs.)
- Dry or fresh green or red pepper. 1 or 2. Flakes can also work.
