Spend the afternoon making dumplings together and tasting wild foods of the Catskills
with forager and chef, Renee Baumann and Lexington Klubhouse, hosted by Atina Foods in our lovely outdoor kitchen. In this family-friendly hands-on demonstration, you will learn to make and wrap dumplings in two different styles, cook them over a wood-fired stove and sample our different creations.
Tickets are $20/person, kids under 10 are free. This is a first come/first served event and space is limited, please RSVP by Oct 1, this guarantees you a spot and that we have enough food - you can pay when you get here.
If you don’t have a reservation, dip in whenever you can- we’ll keep wrapping ‘til the dumplings run out! Dumpling demos start on the hour! All other tickets are first come first serve after RSVPs.

Renee, RENEE MAKES
Renee is a Catskills-based designer, chef, and nature enthusiast with a passion for wild plants and fungi. Renee teaches workshops on identifying, cooking with, and even weaving with plants and fungi growing in the Catskills. She’s also the co-author and illustrator of Befriending Fungi, a Pocket Guide (created with Catskill Fungi), a visual guide for beginners who want to learn about mushrooms. Calli, LEXINGTON KLUBHOUSE
Calli is inspired to celebrate and share the gifts of nature, and is most at peace with her feet in the soil and her hands nourishing the things she loves. With a background in early education and programming, Lexington Klubhouse was born to bring the community outside and into the wonders of the mountains, creeks, fields, and valleys.
