Green Tomato Pickle with Ginger Garlic Brine

This complex tasting salt pickle is first fermented for 3-5 months, then set in a thick bright brine of Ginger and Garlic, seasoned with our own special spice combination. Brightens up dishes, it can be eaten like a relish, great with meats, rice, as a side to a bbq, picnic, on a cheese plate.

*a bit Ginger Spicy.
