Ginger Turmeric Cookies

These soft, nutty cookies are just-sweet-enough, incredibly addicting, and perfectly paired with tea, as an afternoon treat. For a sweeter dessert, try mixing confectioners sugar with a splash of kombucha, green tea, or fruit juice and spread a layer on top!

2 tsp agave

1/4 tsp apple cider vinegar

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

3 tsp ATINA Turmeric Ginger Herbal Jam


































INGREDIENTS

100 g apple puree

125 g brown rice flour

35 g almond flour

1/4 tsp salt

 

METHOD

Preheat oven to 350-375˚. Mix ingredients. Make into 25g balls and push down with fork. Bake 15 minutes. Enjoy hot, cool, or frozen!
