Live Indian Fermentation workshop

Join us virtually at 3pm Friday, August 14 for a live Indian fermentation demonstration!

Meet us in your own kitchen with some veggies and we’ll walk you through how to preserve them in their own salt.

We are excited to start with something we see everywhere in our county: little crab apples!

We’ll be talking about why we don’t use vinegar or water and why this traditional method is so potent and such a great use of your seasonal vegetables. We will also cover our suggestions for spice combos.

This is our first paid virtual workshop, so we’re starting at the sweet price of $1 - all we ask is that you leave us a review! Here : )

To sign up:

Pay the $1 cost through Paypal here

Friday morning, we will e-mail you a link to join the ZOOM!

If your paypal email is different than the one that you normally check, let us know.

Feel free to leave your camera on while you work in the kitchen along with us, or sit back and take notes!

We’ll do our best to take questions during the lesson.

And we would love your feedback afterwards.
