Suresh's favorite from Bombay, Maharashtra. Garlic Slow Roasted in three oil nuts; sesame, coconut and peanut. Lovely to crumble on sandwiches, soups, salads, yogurt, eggs, use it as a rub, or add honey and make it sweet!

Our products are naturally preserved and use only whole foods. We use fresh and whole rhizome/roots for our Ginger and Turmeric, Not powders. We hand roast our spices from the whole then grind them, we choose fresh foods over dried, frozen or already processed ones.
Important: Please use only a clean dry spoon as to not allow for contamination, as our products are minimally processes and use only natural ingredients.
Shelf life is 3 years. After opening please refrigerate, it should last up to or past a year or more if you take care of and use that dry clean spoon!
LASOON is packed very tight, with some moisture in the mix. If you would like to use in a more dry form, toast it lightly by spreading it out on a pan and bake in the oven on a low temperature (225 - 250) for a short time. Keep check to make sure it does not burn, but dries out moisture to the crumble level you would like. Put it back in a jar or shaker and use as is.
