Beyond the spoon: Sprinkle on squash and bake, on cheese and hummus plates, bagels and cream cheese, on popcorn, use as a rub on meats or tofu and sear, saute with onions and veggies, sprinkle on pasta, Daal, toast on bread for crostini, roast with nuts (YUM!), toast and sprinkle on ice cream!

Note: LASOON is packed very tight, with some moisture in the mix. If you would like to use in a more dry form, toast it lightly by spreading it out on a pan and bake in the oven on a low temperature (225 - 250) for a short time. Keep check to make sure it does not burn, but dries out moisture to the crumble level you would like. Put it back in a jar or shaker and use as is.
