Seasonal (all salt fermented / no water / no vinegar:
- Fennel Fermented (in salt) and Preserved (in sugar) with 7 aromatic spices (cumin, ginger, ajwan, asafoetida (gf), coriander, anise, cardamom). See this BLOG POST about it, and Fennel.
- Turmeric Ginger Tonic/ Elixir, 12 Oz bottle. Great for taking swigs of if you feel run down, also cocktail mixer! Strong and potent. Ing: Fresh Organic Turmeric Ginger Rhizomes, Cinnamon, Brown Sugar (only a little sweet). See this BLOG POST about it.
- Garlic BBQ Sauce, Tamarind, Jaggery, Black Pepper. Incredibly invigorating. Same base as our whole garlic preserve, but more saucy, with no whole garlic bulbs. 8 Oz. See this BLOG POST about it.
